Thach Nguyen is a Millionaire Real Estate Agent who emigrated to the US from Vietnam as a Refugee as a young child and grew up in Seattle, Washington.

A friend one day told Thach that he would make a good real estate agent cause he was a good talker, well he did get into real estate and the 1st three years were somewhat of a struggle.

Three years into the business Thach met a Top Real Estate Trainer and got involved in coaching.
This is when he started to door knock 100 doors every day, 5 days a week for about 10 years.
Fast forward to today, he will take about 100 listings this year, flip about 30 homes and do about 400 to 500 apartment units amongst many development projects.

The best part is that he does all of this only working 11 months a year and taking each December off to travel with his family.

Like many agents, he faced every single kind of rejection, struggle and adversity trying to build his real estate business, most people would have given up but Thach was determined to succeed and he did.
