We have all heard that sales is a numbers game and while I do agree with that, I must also point out that how you play game also makes the numbers more favorable.I have had the opportunity to work with and coach some of Americas top listing agents. Success! It hardly just falls in your lap. To be able to achieve success, you must be willing to do whatever is demanded of you to accomplish it. For many people, success may still be intangible; a puzzle piece or two may be missing. There can not be true success with any missing components just like there can not be a cake with a missing ingredient. You have to have all the pieces to the success formula. In most cases the missing component is FAITH.
The secret component to the success formula is FAITH. Without a steadfast belief, the improvement in your situation will only be minimal. With consistency and daily action, the aspect of your situation will get better. But to understand the endless possibilities and full potential of it, you must have a steadfast faith that whatever you are doing will bring out the results you want. You must believe.

So, I posted a very interesting question to my Facebook wall this morning and the replies really got me thinking about the conditioned human psychology and why most people never succeed …
The question I posted was “Victories Vs. Failures … do you think people learn more from Victory or Failure? Interested to hear the response to this question”.
Below are a few of the comments the post got.
1st reply was “Failure” and the 2nd person replied “Definitely from failure as it Brings you to next level”. The 3rd person replied “I would say failure. Failure will reveal a persons character and they will either learn from and use it as a positive to become better or let it eat at them and bring them down. Either way its a learning experience. Hopefully we all take our failures from this year and use them to make 2011 the best ever”. The 4th Person said “If you haven’t failed, you don’t know success”.
