Most people think about the result and do very little thinking if any about the process that they must follow in order for them to get to the result.
We all see the athlete, the super star, the movie star, and the successful entrepreneurs who have finally reached the point of success however what we don’t see or even think about how much time that person put into getting here or better yet what they had to sacrifice to finally reach the point of true success.
And even if you were to think about what it really takes to become this successful most people see it as too much work to do or work that is very difficult to learn and do and they simply and quickly give up and go back to dreaming that one day things would just get better and then and only then will they pursue the destination called success.

Success … we all want it yet very few ever achieve it!
Why?
Well, as a real estate coach I have conducted over 15,000 coaching calls and have led many people to that same destination we all want called success.
Yet, no matter what, the majority of the people who set out to reach success never do and I believe the big reason why is simply the lack of desire the individual has to achieve success.
In almost every case the ones who achieve the most amount of success are the ones who have a burning desire to achieve it.
Now I am not saying that the ones who did not achieve do not possess a desire, they do however it is not a burning desire, it is an every once in a while desire.
Sometimes they feel it and many times they don’t.
So what is magic formula that one can follow to tap into that same burning desire?
Here are the steps:
1. Know what you want.
2. Know why you want it.
3. Believe you are worthy of achieving of it. Key word here is BELIEVE!
I am sure you have heard this famous saying in the selling world. “Always Be Closing”and I am confident that you have been told that you need to close at least 6 or 7 times to get the prospect to agree to do business with you.

When I first start to work with a real estate coaching client, I always ask them, what they did before getting into real estate and why they got into real estate and the number response I get is “I want to be my own boss and be in control of my financial destiny” not those exact words but you get what I mean.

“If you fail to plan then you are planning to fail” I think most of us have heard this quote before, however many of us do not really think hard enough about its meaning and this is one of the biggest reasons most people are failing in their business, their health and their relationships.
I know that most people mean well and really deep on the inside want more success for themselves however they simple have no plan for a better business, they have no plan for better health and no plan for better relationships.
I believe that planning is one of the most important steps towards accomplishing anything.
I know for a fact that most people do not properly plan at all and I know that even some of my coaching clients do not do it at the level that I wish they would.
