WHO IN REAL ESTATE SHOULD USE THE INTERNET? … EVERYONE SHOULD USE THE INTERNET …
BILL GATES SAID IT BEST ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO IN A SPEECH HE GAVE
HE SAID, “IF YOU ARE IN BUSINESS AND NOT ON THE INTERNET, IT SIMPLY MEANS THAT IN 10 YOU ARE NOT IN BUSINESS” WELL ITS BEEN 10 YEARS AND WHAT HE SAID COULDNT BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH.
SO WHY USE THE INTERNET?
Well what are today’s children BEING TAUGHT IN SCHOOLS TODAY?
HOW TO USE THE INTERNET … WE NEVER LEARNED ABOUT THAT IN SCHOOL, WE DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT INTERNET WAS.

OUR CHILDREN TODAY SPEND MORE TIME ON THE INTERNET THAN THEY DO WITH US and what that tells us is that this is future is right now using the internet that this is what we should be doing?
USING THE INTERNET
Here is a great question for you … When was the last time you used the yellow pages?
Almost no one these days uses the yellow pages …
when some one wants to find out about something there are
only two places they go to for
the answers …
who can tell me what those two places are?
1. People they know and trust
2. The internet

So once again I repeat to you the famous words of one of the greatest minds on this planet…
Bill Gates … as a matter of fact, I want you to write it down so it really sinks in and you understand the importance of it … write down…
If I am in business and I am not on the internet it simply means I am not in real estate…
Some of you may be saying to yourself, well, I have a website … having a website 10 years meant you are on the internet however today having a website only means that you have a website which is like me saying I have a business card … and just like a business card when you print them up …
What do you have to do to make sure that biz card goes to work for you?

5 things I Must have in place and work on offline

Write down there are two ways for me to get business online
1. The slow way meaning a deal or two a year
2. The fast way meaning a deal or two a month

Which do you want me to talk about?
Okay … let me tell you want the slow way is anyways real quick …
it is using some of the methods I am going to teach you without having the 3 sites in place
that I want you to put in place.

Okay on to the fast way …
I want you to write down the following exactly as I am saying it …

If I want to increase my production by at least one deal a month from my internet presence I must have
the following.
1. A branded website
2. A stealth website
3. A blog
4. 3 Image ads.
5. A webcam and or a digital camera

You dont need to have all five items right away … you can start with one and add another as you grow
and so on.
However … regardless of which you want to begin with, a branded website, a stealth site or a blog
you still must have numbers 4 and 5 the image ads and a way to create video online.

Must do daily in the first 30 days online.

The way you want to follow through with these strategies is to simplY to take on one at a time …
once one is set up and ready and some what on auto pilot then you go to number two.

There really is no order of importance as to where to begin with the exception of one which I will tell you about in a minute … so pick the one you are most comfortable with and get started there.

The important one is
1. Craigslist … Place 5 ads a day …

a. create 5 gmail account
b. create 5 Craigslist account
c. image ad … If you are not going to use image ads, forget it …
d. upload image ad to www.photobucket.com
e. html code your image ad … Below is the code.

f. post effecitvely and creativly on Craigslist
Now the rest of them you do begin them and work them as you see fit.

2. Create a minimum of 3 image ads
a. one for buyers
b. one for sellers
c. one customized for your niche
