			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong><em>Impossible is Just a Word</em></strong></p>
<p>Everyone, at some point of his or her life, has dreamed of being somebody special, a someone who is successful. Who hasn&#8217;t fantasized about being the one who hits the game-winning homer? Who hasn&#8217;t dreamed of being the homecoming queen? And how many times have we dreamed of being rich, or successful, or happy with our relationships?<span id="more-224"></span></p>
<p>Often, we dream big dreams and have great aspirations and unfortunately many dreams remain just that &gt;&gt;&gt; dreams.</p>
<p>This is a sad turn of events in the life of many. Instead of experiencing exciting adventures in self actualization, we get caught up in the humdrum of living from day-to-day just barely existing.</p>
<p>But you know what?</p>
<p>Life could be so much better, if you only learn to aim higher.</p>
<p>The most common problem to setting goals is the word impossible. Most people get hung up thinking I can&#8217;t do this. It&#8217;s too hard. It&#8217;s too impossible. No one can do this.</p>
<p>However, if everyone thought that, there would be no inventions, no innovations, and no breakthroughs in human accomplishment.</p>
<p>Remember that scientists were baffled when they took a look at the humble bumblebee. Theoretically, they said, it was impossible for the bumblebee to fly. Unfortunately for the bumble bee no one has told it so. So fly it does.<br />
On the other hand, some people suffer from dreaming totally outrageous dreams and not acting on them. The result? Broken dreams, and tattered aspirations.</p>
<p>If you limit yourself with self-doubt, and self-limiting assumptions, you will never be able to break past what you deem impossible. If you reach too far out into the sky without working towards your goal, you will find yourself clinging on to the impossible dream.</p>
<p>Try this exercise. Take a piece of paper and write down some goals in your life. Under one header, list down things you know you can do. Under another header, write the things you might be able to do. And under one more, list the things that that are impossible for you to do.</p>
<p>Now look at all the headers and strive every day to accomplish the goals that are under things you know you can do. Check them when you are able to accomplish them. As you slowly are able to check all of your goals under that heading, try accomplishing the goals under the other header-the one that reads you might be able to do.</p>
<p>As all of the items you wrote under things I could do are accomplished, you can move the goals that are under things that are impossible for you to do to the list of things you might be able to do.</p>
<p>As you go through this process, you will find out that the goals you thought were impossible become easier to accomplish and the impossible begin to seem possible after all.</p>
<p>You see, the technique here is not to limit your imagination. It is to aim high, and start working towards that goal little by little.<br />
Those who just dream towards a goal without working hard end up disappointed and disillusioned.</p>
<p>On the other hand, if you told someone a hundred years ago that it was possible for man to be on the moon, they would laugh at you. If you had told them that you could send mail from here to the other side of the world in a few seconds, they would say you were out of your mind. But, through sheer desire and perseverance, these impossible dreams are now realities.</p>
<p>Thomas Edison once said that genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration. Nothing could be truer. For one to accomplish his or her dreams, there has to be had work and discipline. But take note that that 1% has to be a think-big dream, and not some easily accomplished one. Ask any super physically fit athlete and he or she will tell you that there can be no gains unless you are put out of your comfort zone. Remember the saying, No pain, no gain! That is as true as it can be.<br />
So dream on, friend! Dont get caught up with your perceived limitations. Think big and work hard to attain those dreams. As you step up the ladder of progress, you will just about find out that the impossible has just become a little bit more possible.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you are reading this blog post than it would be safe for me to assume that I do not need to educate you about what youtube is or how important it is to your overall marketing so lets just dive in to what one needs to do to generate more eye balls &#8230;</p>
<p>Few Important Must Dos &#8230;</p>
<p>1. When coming up with a title for your video, think keywords, an example would be ( video title followed by or with top keywords ).</p>
<p>2. The description box is super important and is over looked by many. You have to make sure each video has your URL in it and at least a 2 to 3 paragraph description of that video or simply have someone transcribe your video and use that as your description, also in that same description box below your description add at least 25 keywords &gt;&gt;&gt; Here is a link of one of my videos where you can see how I did it <a title="Sample Video " href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Np_ExuxbIMI" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Np_ExuxbIMI</a> &gt;&gt;&gt; also be sure to use tags and make sure to post to proper category.</p>
<p>3. Email your video link to your entire list and ask your advocates to forward video link to their list.</p>

<p>5. When uploading video make sure to set it to autoplay.</p>
<p>6. Email your youtube subscribers about the video and ask them to comment on it. <p>7. Post video link to twitter and ask your advocates to retweet it.</p>
<p>8. Post video to Facebook and tag people where appropriate.</p>
<p>9. Add video links to Facebook groups that you belong to if the message is relevant.</p>
<p>10. Ask your advocates to post the video on their Facebook fan page or personal profile if message of video is appropriate.</p>
<p>11. Start using thumbnails, the thumbnail is the screenshot preview of your video. When people see a video and they like the screen shot of it, they most likely will click on it and this will get you more views.</p>
<p>12. Keep video messages to be shorter than 3 minutes when you can.</p>
<p>13. Use the power of <a href="http://www.tubemogul.com " target="_blank">TubeMogul </a>for video syndication.<br />
14. Identify others who do get a lot of views on their youtube channel and videos and comment on their channel and their videos as this will draw viewers attention to your channel and your videos ..</p>

		<description><![CDATA[What or where is the starting point for success >>>???]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>What Do You Believe? The answer to this question is the starting point to all success, at least that is what I believe to be true. So in preparation for this conversation, this blog entry I asked myself the question??? What or where is the starting point for success &gt;&gt;&gt;??? I began with this question and having been directly involved in the personal development business since 1999 and being a success myself … that was an easy question for me to answer so I said to myself why don’t I take that question out to the streets you know to the public and see what kind of response I get to help me help you.<br />
<br />
But before I share with you what kind of response I got … let me ask you …<br />
What or where do you believe is the starting point for success &gt;&gt;&gt;???</p>
<p></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">So I started making this question a part of many conversations I was having with people whom I just met, me and my wife were at out favorite book store where we met a nice young woman and after speaking to her for a bit I asked her the question, where do you believe success begins for most people? At home, in your up bringing, she said …</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">And that is the answer that I got from all the four people I asked that question to …</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Now the mind boggle to me was …</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">If success is a result of ones up bringing, the majority of parents in the world have proven to be very unsuccessful through the testimony of their children’s lack of it …</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Then a bell really started ringing ///</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Yes that was the right answer …</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Every one who is walking around today unhappy or unsatisfied with their life is trying his or her best to lead a better life …</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">A better life according to what they have been taught …</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">According to the way they have been programmed by their parents, their peers, and the media and so on. … They have developed the wrong beliefs … yes it is your beliefs that determine what you accomplish …</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">so the question you might be asking yourself now is … Chadi … well how do I develop new empowering beliefs … easy … using the same principles you used to develop your not so powerful beliefs … through your speaking, your hearing and seeing.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Who are you talking to and what are you talking about?</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">How often do you speak about that beautiful future you know you deserve?</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">What are you hearing and who is saying it to you … are they plussing you or are they subtracting you …</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Are they where you would like to be if not get away from them or else they will drag you down. Nothing against anyone here … all I am saying is if you want to be more you have to hang out with the right people.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">What are you seeing and who is showing it to you … your dreams and goals are they visible???</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">how often do you look at them … why not close your eyes right now … go ahead imagine the power of the mind … can see a lemon … go ahead touch it … cut it in 4 pieces … taste it … same way you can taste a lemon by tricking your mind to believe that you actually just bit a lemon you can trick your mind to believe anything else … what you believe you will achieve. Believe in you … I do. Do a 2 minute visualization every morning … visualize you already being the person who can have it all. Because I believe you can and somewhere deep inside of you … YOU KNOW U CAN!</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">This whole new beautiful world I am living today started for me when one man saw something in me and invited me to work for him. I never took the job but during that interview I said to myself he believes in me … This is a man everyone strives to be like and he believes in me … what if I decide to believe in me the way he believes in me what would be possible … In that moment I saw that possibility … so thank you Dave for believing in me.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Just like one man did it for me … Myself, Tom Ferry and all of us here at YourCoach believe in you. What if you match that belief in you what would be possible for you?</p>

HE SAID, &#8220;IF YOU ARE IN BUSINESS AND NOT ON THE INTERNET, IT SIMPLY MEANS THAT IN 10 YOU ARE NOT IN BUSINESS&#8221; WELL ITS BEEN 10 YEARS AND WHAT HE SAID COULDNT BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH.<br />
SO WHY USE THE INTERNET?<br />
Well what are today’s children BEING TAUGHT IN SCHOOLS TODAY?<br />
HOW TO USE THE INTERNET &#8230; WE NEVER LEARNED ABOUT THAT IN SCHOOL, WE DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT INTERNET WAS.</p>
<p>OUR CHILDREN TODAY SPEND MORE TIME ON THE INTERNET THAN THEY DO WITH US and what that tells us is that this is future is right now using the internet that this is what we should be doing?<br />
USING THE INTERNET<br />
Here is a great question for you &#8230; When was the last time you used the yellow pages?<br />
Almost no one these days uses the yellow pages &#8230;<br />
when some one wants to find out about something there are<br />
only two places they go to for<br />
the answers &#8230;<br />
who can tell me what those two places are?<br />
1. People they know and trust<br />
2. The internet</p>
<p>So once again I repeat to you the famous words of one of the greatest minds on this planet&#8230;<br />
Bill Gates &#8230; as a matter of fact, I want you to write it down so it really sinks in and you understand the importance of it &#8230; write down&#8230;<br />
If I am in business and I am not on the internet it simply means I am not in real estate&#8230;<br />
Some of you may be saying to yourself, well, I have a website &#8230; having a website 10 years meant you are on the internet however today having a website only means that you have a website which is like me saying I have a business card &#8230; and just like a business card when you print them up &#8230;<br />
What do you have to do to make sure that biz card goes to work for you?<br />
Exactly &#8230; There are some required steps that you have to engage in daily so you get your website ranked higher in the search engines SO IT CAN GO TO WORK FOR YOU AND that is what I am committed to showing you how to do today &#8230; Are you ready &#8230;<br />
Lets begin by writing down the following.<br />
If I am going to do something &#8230; I either do it the right way or don’t do it at all&#8230;<br />
SO I am going to split our talk today into two parts &#8230;<br />
Part 1 is going to cover what you must have in place and work on offline to reach your online goals&#8230;<br />
Part 2 is going to cover what you must have in place and work on online to reach your offline goals&#8230;</p>
<p>5 things I Must have in place and work on offline<br />
1. The desire &gt;&gt;&gt; I must know why I am doing this.<br />
2. The mindset &#8230; The patience.<br />
3. The right plan<br />
4. The systems &#8230;<br />
5. The support &#8230;</p>
<p>Write down there are two ways for me to get business online<br />
1. The slow way meaning a deal or two a year<br />
2. The fast way meaning a deal or two a month</p>
<p>Which do you want me to talk about?<br />
Okay &#8230; let me tell you want the slow way is anyways real quick &#8230;<br />
it is using some of the methods I am going to teach you without having the 3 sites in place<br />
that I want you to put in place.</p>
<p>Okay on to the fast way &#8230;<br />
I want you to write down the following exactly as I am saying it &#8230;</p>
<p>If I want to increase my production by at least one deal a month from my internet presence I must have<br />
the following.<br />
1. A branded website<br />
2. A stealth website<br />
3. A blog<br />
4. 3 Image ads.<br />
5. A webcam and or a digital camera</p>
<p>You dont need to have all five items right away &#8230; you can start with one and add another as you grow<br />
and so on.<br />
However &#8230; regardless of which you want to begin with, a branded website, a stealth site or a blog<br />
you still must have numbers 4 and 5 the image ads and a way to create video online.</p>
<p>Must do daily in the first 30 days online.</p>
<p>The way you want to follow through with these strategies is to simplY to take on one at a time &#8230;<br />
once one is set up and ready and some what on auto pilot then you go to number two.</p>
<p>There really is no order of importance as to where to begin with the exception of one which I will tell you about in a minute &#8230; so pick the one you are most comfortable with and get started there.</p>

1. Craigslist &#8230; Place 5 ads a day &#8230;<br />
6 steps to mastering Craigslist<br />
a. create 5 gmail account<br />
b. create 5 Craigslist account<br />
c. image ad &#8230; If you are not going to use image ads, forget it &#8230;<br />
d. upload image ad to www.photobucket.com<br />
e. html code your image ad … Below is the code.<br />

a. one for buyers<br />
b. one for sellers<br />
c. one customized for your niche</p>
