I believe that to become a great sales person you have to master the sales process:
There are many steps to the sales process and everyone of the steps is as important as the next and each step is a stepping stone to the next one.
When a person follows the right process they always produce the right results, follow the wrong process or no process at all they will always produce the wrong results.
I am not going to go through the entire process right now (I will walk through all of it using the link below via video) and for now I will share with you what I believe is the most important part of the Sales Process and this your attitude about selling.
