I started to use Craigslist for marketing affiliate internet marketing programs back in 2006 at which time I was placing 385 ads a day. I figured out the ins and outs and started teaching Real Estate agents how to use Craigslist in 2008 and some of my personal one on one coaching clients have been able to increase their income by over 100k a year just from this marketing machine. Most people do not get results from their craigslist marketing because they are doing it the wrong way or flat out just don’t understand the important steps that need to be followed. Many people spend a lot of money on their marketing hoping and praying that they yield in a good return however besides making the monetary investment they did not make the research time investment.
With today technology it is very simple for anyone to conduct a survey to find out exactly what the consumer wants and needs.
When you know what the consumer is looking for then you can market yourself more intelligently catering to the specific wants and needs of the prospect and this is what we call effective marketing.
I recently conducted a survey to an email list of mine of about 150 people, 101 of them took the survey and it let me know exactly what my clients want, this way the next time they receive a marketing piece of mine they are more receptive to look at it simply because what is in it is exactly what they told me they wanted.

As a Real Estate Coach and Trainer I have the opportunity to speak to agents from different market places on a daily basis and I am very thankful for Facebook cause it has never been easier for me to connect with my past clients, centers of influence and future prospects.

Few Important Must Dos …
1. When coming up with a title for your video, think keywords, an example would be ( video title followed by or with top keywords ).
2. The description box is super important and is over looked by many.
