    • As someone who has also struggled on his own path towards success, he empathizes with those confronting foreclosure, who have seen their incomes plummet, their credit ruined. He understands first-hand the struggles real estate agents are having adjusting to new market conditions and sellers confronting these dilemmas. As someone who struggled to attain the American dream himself, Chadi says “I have been there. But I cracked the code. I figured out how to control my own destiny.”

    Indeed, he did. An immigrant to this country at the age of 2 from war-torn Lebanon, Chadi grew up in Dearborn, Michigan. He hated high school and dropped out of college after only a few semesters- yet clung to his boyhood dreams of being a success. Admittedly a dreamer, he remembers listening to motivational CDs while delivering pizza, until one day, he sold everything he owned and moved to Orange County, California. ..He never looked back.

    At the young age of 38, he has already been a successful real estate agent in two markets- Detroit and Orange County. Real estate agents from all over the country count on him for his practical advice, as he is both a real estate marketing guru and a social media marketing expert, with specific skills he teaches for mastering web-based tools like Craigslist, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube. Yet, if you ever meet Chadi, he will look you in the eye- and despite all of his professional accomplishments- he will tell you he is proudest of being married to his soul mate and being a father to two amazing children.
